The Planning Commission partnered with VIET who hosted the event in collaboration with the Louisiana's Children Museum. An estimated 125 young children engaged in culture and arts by making a paper dragon, learning about the zodiac, exploring the direct instruments and how to play a famous game that is played during the New Year. This is Event #3.
